The Winfield Municipal Court convenes on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, unless changes are necessary around holidays. For a detailed schedule of court days, consult the City Calendar.

If you have been charged with one of the offenses listed below and would like to plead guilty and pay the fine you have these options. If you do not appear in court or your payment does not reach the court office by the court appearance date on your citation, YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE WILL BE SUSPENDED and a warrant issued for your arrest. All other traffic offenses must be settled in court.

The Water Works and Sewer Board of the City of Winfield currently serves about 2,800 active customers in and around Winfield.
During 1988-1989 the Water Board in conjunction with the City of Winfield obtained federal grant monies with matching funds for the Water Board to construct a 200,000 gallon elevated water tank to serve the west side of town and the industrial park area. Also included in these monies were sewer extensions to the Meadowood Subdivision and industrial park in addition to the rehabilitation of existing water lines. Water and sewer services are now available at Exit #30 on I-22.

The City of Winfield customers can now pay their solid waste bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options.
The City of Winfield offers automatic bank draft service for payment of garbage collection fees. To sign up for this service, download the Debit Authorization Form below, fill it out and return it to City Hall. Your garbage collection fees will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month.
